In Detail
Inspection and Assessment
- We will visit the factory to conduct a thorough visual inspection of the vibratory conveyors included in the service plan
- We will check for unusual noises or vibrations during operation
- We will inspect the trays, leaf springs and other parts for signs of wear or damage
- We will assess the conveyors alignment and levelling
Mechanical Maintenance
- Inspect and replace (if necessary) the following components, with a discount on spare parts:
- Triac and snubbers
- Leaf springs
- Vibration sensors
- Vibration mounts
- Check and tighten all bolts and fasteners if required
Electrical Maintenance
- Inspect the control panel and control boards (replace, if necessary, with a spares discount)
- Inspect the vibratory display units (replace, if necessary, with a spares discount)
- Inspect any other electrical components
- Test the emergency stop functionality
Operational Testing
- Operate the vibratory conveyor without load, checking for irregularities
- Run the system with standard load to check for faults in all components
Cleaning and Debris Removal
- Thoroughly clean the entire vibratory conveyor system
- Remove any accumulated debris from the trough and mechanism
Repairs
Conveyor repairs are not part of the service agreement and can be costed on a separate basis. This includes faults with the trays, bases and other parts not included in our ‘spares’ offering below.
Spare Parts
Parts that we can offer a discount against include:
- Triac and snubbers
- Control boards
- Vibratory display units
- Leaf springs
- Vibration sensors including hall effect, proxy and accelerometer
- Supply of the whole control panel and system

Service Plan Taken at Time of Purchase
With every purchase, you will be offered a yearly service plan. All our conveyors come with a 12-month warranty, so the service plan kicks in after that period.
If you have previously bought conveyors from VCSP and would like to add a service plan, please get in touch. We offer service plans on all VCSP conveyors.
Service Plan for Existing Vibratory Conveyors
If you have existing vibratory conveyors through another provider, please contact us. We will discuss the options and arrange a site visit, as conveyor coverage will be subject to inspection. We are confident we can offer a service plan for the vast majority of vibratory conveyors in the UK.
Prices
Prices are based on the number of conveyors, the operating environments, the conveyor age, location and size. We are open and transparent about our costs and competitively priced.

Yearly On-Site Service
Prices are dependent on the number of sites, the number of conveyors, the runtime and the product manufactured. A free service inspection will be carried out before quotation.
- Major Component Inspection: Inspect critical components
- Cleaning: Clean any parts where debris has built up to ensure smooth running
- Motor Inspection: Inspect coil box, control panel, motor and other key components; replace if necessary with a 10% spares discount.
- Parts Inspection: inspect the vibration mounts and leaf springs for wear; replace if necessary with a 10% spares discount.
- Electrical Components Check: Replace electric contacts, triacs and snubbers and other electrical components as needed, with a 10% spares discount.
- Operational Testing: Run the conveyor system without load to check for irregularities; repeat with standard load.
- Emergency Stop Functionality Test: Verify that emergency stop mechanisms work under both loaded and unloaded conditions.
